Spinprot  has additional project in the pipeline. The  is dedicated to the brewing industry. The project involves the development of a technological platform for the production of gluten-free beer. This platform will make it possible to brew gluten-free beer without interfering  in existing technological processes, while maintaining  taste, flavor  and  other parameters of natural beer.
